PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition that retains good lubricity, mold- releasing properties, heat resistance and safety intrinsic to silicone materials, manifests excellent adhesion to other materials and is useful in the fields of electrophotography by admixing a reactive silane compound and silicone oil thereto. SOLUTION: This lubricant and mold-releasing composition includes (A) a reactive silane compound (for example, a fluorine-containing silane compound, an isocyanate-silane compound or an alkoxy-silane compound) and (B) silicone-oil (for example, silanol-modified, carboxy-modified or amino-modified product), when necessary, in addition (C) a mold-releasing agent such as a silicone resin, a fluororesin, or polyethylene or bee wax and (D) a solid lubricant such as boron nitride, graphite or molybdenum disulfide.
