PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate a fastening force on vertically separated both ends by attaching protrusions to both upper and lower ends of a connecting member provided at the connection end of a beam and arranging them opposite to the connection member provided at the connection part of the beam with the column and fastening them with bolts. ;SOLUTION: A connection member 41 of a column head is fitted to the upper end of the column 21 by welding or the like, and a connection member 51 is fitted to the connection end of a ceiling beam 23 and a protruded ceiling beam 23A by welding or the like. Respective two upper and lower female screws 42 are tapped in respective three side faces of the connection member 41 of the column head respectively. The connection member 51 is provided with upper and lower protrusions 52, 52 at both upper and lower ends of the side face arranged opposite to the connection member 41 and two upper and lower bolt insertion holes 54 are bored in a recessed face 53. High tension bolts 43 screwed in the female screw 42 of the connection member 41 are inserted into the insertion holes 54 of the connection member 51, in the state that the upper and lower protrusions 52, 52 of the connection member 51 are positioned to butt against the connection member 41 so as to face each other and the nut 43A is screwed in, in the connection part 31 of the column and the beam. In this way, the fastening force can be concentrated on the upper and lower protrusions and the bending rigidity at the butt end can be increased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
