PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect and easily assemble major frame members in a simple connection structure even by an unskilled worker. ;SOLUTION: A steel frame building is provided with those columns 1, tie- beams 3, purlin 4, furring strips 5, and joints used as necessary which are formed by cutting linear standard members with uniform cross section. Also the joints of these frame members are connected to each other using independent connection plates and bolts and nuts, and a first connection plate 6 of which cross section is channel-shape and each side part forms a connection surface part with the other member and/or a second connection plate 7 of which cross section is L-shape and each side part forms a connection surface part with the other member, a third connection plate 8 of which cross section is one bent-shape excluding L-shape and each side forms a connection surface part with the other member, and a fourth connection plate 9 which is a flat plate and of which each end part side forms a connection surface part with the other member are used for the connection plates.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
