PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make directly testable an actual multi-bolt fastened body by continuously and concurrently measuring the bolt fastening behavior of the multi-bolt fastened body of a mechanical structure, and obtaining fastening characteristic values for fastening setting in the torque method, rotation angle method, and torque gradient method. ;SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a stage section fixing an actual bolt fastened body a multi-axis fastening device fixing section, a multi-axis fastening device controller, and a multi-axis fastening device measurement section monitoring the fastening behavior of all bolts. An X-Y table capable of clamping the multi-bolt fastened body is installed on the stage section. The multi-axis fastening device fixing section can fix a fastening device fixing plate manufactured at the same bolt pitch as that of the multi-bolt fastened body to a cross head. Fastening sequences in the torque method, rotation angle method, and torque gradient method are preset in the multi-axis fastening device controller, and the bolts can be individually controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
