The device (1) has a fastening device (6) fastened at a bent flexible laminar structure. The fastening device has two clamping jaws, which are formed in the form of parallely arranged cuboids. The distance between the clamping jaws is adjustable by a common clamping unit. The clamping unit has a screw (7) passing through the clamping jaws, which are clamped together during tightening. The clamping unit has a retainer (4) and a screw head (8).
