PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable change of boiling rice items in single oven immersion plural oven continuos rice cooking method. ;SOLUTION: In a process of continuously carrying plural rice cooking ovens 2, a rice supply process, a water supply process, a rice immersion process a flavoring liquid supply process, a rice cooking process, an ingredient/vinegar supply process, a turnover process, and a washing process are provided, so plural items including plain rice, vinegar rice, and ingredientrice can be cooked in this continuous rice boiling method. In this case, rice and water of similar quantity are supplied to the rice cooking ovens 2 in the rice supply process and water supply process regardless of the items, and final adjustment of supply water quantity corresponding to the respective items is adjusted till the cooking process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
