LOW TEMPERATURE FAR INFRARED DRYER AND MANUFACTURE OF DRY FOOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce manufacturing conditions surpassing the drying conditions in the sun in mid-winter by arranging a dehumifying means and a sterilizing means in a low temperature storage box, stirring the air in the low temperature storage box by a fan means, and coating the inner wall face of the low temperature storage box with far infrared paint. SOLUTION: A low temperature storage box 1 can keep the inside thereof at a temperature close to the freezing point of food by means of a unit cooler at the ceiling part. A supply louver 4 conducting the box and an air supply chamber is disposed in the center of the front wall plate 3a of the low temperature storage box 1 and stirring fans 5 are fixed to the opposite sides of the supply louver 4. A coil fin heater 6 is disposed in the vicinity of the supply louver 4. A dehumidifier 7 is installed on the side of the low temperature storage box 1 contiguous to the air supply chamber and a sterilizing lamp 10 is fixed to the ceiling part of the low temperature storage box 1. Furthermore, the inner wall face 1b of the low temperature storage box 1 is coated with far infrared paint except the floor surface thereof.
