PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproof structure in which an electric wire terminal forming a core wire concentration splice part is surely waterproofed, and capable of forming in simple work at low cost. ;SOLUTION: An insulating cover 2 part in the vicinity of a core wire 1 forming a concentration splice part 1A in the terminal of a plurality of electric wires (W) is tape-wound, or band-fastened to minimize the gap between electric wires, a cyano adhesive is penetrated and solidified in a gap between core wires 1 in a length part narrowing the gap between electric wires from the core wire concentration splice part 1A and between the electric wires (W) to mutually bond core wires and electric wires.
