PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing the slime of a drain port and the malodor of garbage, capable of being simply and easily handled by any person and having no ham to man and beast in order to solve such a problem that copper ions are used in preventing the slime of the drain port of a kitchen or bathroom and a deodorant using perfume or the like or a chemically synthesized sterilizing agent is used in preventing the malodor of garbage of a kitchen. ;SOLUTION: A slime preventing and waste refuse antiseptic soln. Al consists of an antibacterial substance 1 for preventing the slime of a drain port or suppressing the malodor of waste refuse in a waste refuse container and the housing body 2 housing the antibacterial substance 1 and having fine perforations provided in the end part thereof for sprinkling the antibacterial substance to the drain port or the interior of the waste refuse container. The antibacterial substance 1 is sprinkled over the drain port or the interior of the container from the fine perforations of the housing body 2 to be gasified and, by the antibacterial action of the gasified antibacterial substance, the slime of the drain port or the spoilage of the waste refuse in the container is suppressed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
