PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high quality communication by allowing one mobile equipment including an active mobile equipment at present to make continuous communication indoor and outdoor in common by a same radio communication system. ;SOLUTION: A frequency converter 5 is used to convert a transmission radio wave from a base station 1 into a frequency within a permissible range of a mobile equipment 2 used in a current applied system without giving any interference onto radio wave of other communication system and its own communication system and the converted radio wave is sent indoor 10. Furthermore, the frequency converter 5 is used to convert the transmission radio wave from the mobile equipment 2 into a frequency corresponding to the transmission radio wave of the base station 1 of the applied system and the converted radio wave is sent outdoor, that is, to the base station 1. Furthermore, a mobile equipment radio wave monitor 8 monitors the strength of the radio wave sent by the mobile equipment 2 to detect the entry/exit of the mobile equipment 2 to/from the indoor 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
