PURPOSE: To easily change the entry on a receipt by recording inputted data in a recording part at the time when input data is requested to be recorded. ;CONSTITUTION: A printing part 1 which prints the receipt, a recording part 2 which records a printing form and characters, a code/character conversion part 3 which converts a code to font data expressing a character, a recording/ printing discriminating part 4 which discriminates whether input data is requested to be recorded or printed, and a printing control part 5 which performs the control for receipt issuing, are provided. A recording control part 6 records data, whose printing request is discriminated by the recording/printing discriminating part 4, in the recording part 2. The recording part 2 is prepared where the form and characters required for printing for receipt issuing are recorded in this manner, and inputted data is recorded in the recording part when input data is requested to be recorded, and therefore, the entry on the receipt is easily changed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
