PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff packaging container and a foodstuff package packaged with its container, capable of preventing the drying and solidification, such as surface scorch, of contents at the time of heat cooking in a microwave oven and reducing cooking hours. ;SOLUTION: This food packaging container comprises a container main body 1 having a bottom wall 2, a circumferential wall 3 and a flange 4, and an inside tray 10 having a bottom wall 12 provided with many through-holes 11, circumferential walls 13a, 13b and flanges 14a, 14b. The flange 14a of the inside tray 10 is set on the flange 4 of the container main body 1, and the inside tray 10 is supported in the vicinity of an opening of the container main body 1. It is so designed that jelly-like soup is contained in the inside tray 10, and foodstuffs are contained in the container main body 1 at a portion below the inside tray 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
