HOTHOUSE WITH SKYLIGHT WINDOW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hothouse wherein opening/closing of a skylight window for ventilation is facilitated by winding and rewinding a curtain provided on the skylight. SOLUTION: One end of a rod 34 for winding up a curtain is connected via universal joints 31, 33 to a drive shaft 27 which is driven to rotate by a main spindle 26 connected to an electric motor. The other end of the rod 34 for winding the curtain up is inserted in a guide member 42 which is provided vertically along the frame 1b. When rotated in one direction, the rod 34 rises up in a substantially horizontal orientation while taking up the curtain 51 provided on the skylight 10. When rotated in the other direction, it comes down in a substantially horizontal orientation while rewinding the curtain 51. The guide member 42 enables stable winding/rewinding of the curtain.
