PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the percentage of void capacity in 30% or more. ;SOLUTION: A base material for a vegetation bedrock is formed by extruding a cement raw material and piling up the materials approximately reticulately. In the cement raw material, a water-cement ratio is kept within a range of 10-40%, a thickener mainly comprising a high molecular material such as methyl cellulose is added in 0.2-10% to cement weight, and consistency is imparted. The dies 20b of an extruder 20 is removed from a cylinder 20a, the inside of the cylinder 20a is filled with the raw material, and the raw material is extruded continuously from a discharge opening 20d when compressed air is supplied from a compressor and a piston 20e is operated. The cement raw material linearly extruded from the discharge opening 20d is drawn and arranged at proper intervals in forms 22 and formed approximately reticulately, and the block-shaped base material for the vegetation bedrock is formed when the cement raw material is solidified under the state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
