PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a designer of a structure to simply generate simulated earthquake motion matching the site base and, input and set data and a site position needed for the simulated earthquake motion generation. SOLUTION: To generate the simulated earthquake motion, the site position of the structure is inputted on a display map of the area by one of a longitude/latitude input means, a city and street name input means, a zip code input means, and a map click display means as a site position input means 18 and retrieval conditions of historical earthquake/active faulting for the site position are inputted by a retrieval condition input means 22 to retrieve historical earthquake/active faulting data meeting the inputted retrieval conditions; and one of the retrieved historical earthquake/active faulting data is selected and set, a base simulated earthquake motion generating means 32 generates base simulated earthquake motion on the basis of analytic/faulting/ rupture parameters and base simulated earthquake motion parameters, and a construction scheduled site simulated earthquake motion generating means 34 generates simulated earthquake motion for the construction scheduled site of the structure on the basis of the generated earthquake motion result and base properties inputted by a base property input means 20.
