PURPOSE: To provide a bolt-nut push-in force optimization device for eliminating adjustment of cylinder pressing force energized to a bolt or a nut and capable of automatically eliminating following rotation of a socket part with the bolt or the nut and sliding between the socket part and the bolt or the nut. ;CONSTITUTION: When rotating torque detected by a torque sensor 21 installed on a hand part 4 and to detect rotating torque transmitted from a socket part 1 to a bolt 5 reaches a previously specified torque value within a specified period of time, it is judged as the state where the bolt 5 is fit in the socket part l, and in the case when the rotating torque is smaller than the previously specified torque value even after the specified period of time passes, judgement to discriminate duplicate rotation and sliding is carried out in accordance with the rotating torque further. Thereafter, in accordance with the judgement or the judged condition, cylinder pressing force to the bolt 5 by an actuator 3 is adjusted and control of stoppage or continuation of rotation of a nut runner 2 is carried out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
