PURPOSE:To promote floral differentiation of first seedling and to grow second seedling by supplying cold water to crown part of strawberry seedling as a target by a circulating pipeline, maintaining nutritive water at a proper culture temperature by using another circulating pipeline and feeding the nutritive water to a culture bed transplanted with strawberry seedlings. CONSTITUTION:Cold water at about 10-15 deg.C is circulated and supplied from a cooling chiller unit through a circulating pipeline to crown part of strawberry seedlings free from flower bud densely transplanted in a raising seedling bed to promote floral differentiation. Simultaneously nutritive water at about 15-25 deg.C is circulated and fed from the same cooling chiller unit through another circulating pipeline to a culture bed transplanted with strawberry seedlings having been subjected to floral differentiation to grow strawberry seedlings.
