PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing container capable of further improving restoring properties and productivity in a porous hydrous wheat flour food such as compressed restoring bread. ;SOLUTION: This processing container is used for a porous hydrous wheat flour food 200 prepared by reducing the bulk of the food by compressing the porous hydrous wheat flour food 200 after baking or semibaking, freezing the resultant food and then restoring the bulk by reheating. The processing container comprises an upper lid 500 composed of a bowl-like unit having a flange part in the lower part and a lower dish 600 having an engaging part engageable with the flange part of the upper lid 500 and is capable of compressing and holding the porous hydrous wheat flour food 200 with the upper lid 500 and lower dish 600.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
