PURPOSE: To enhance a damping capacity for the vibration of an entire building by incorporating a vibration damper into a part of a post which forms an RC tube-made frame so as to produce a moment post and increasing a shearing span ratio. ;CONSTITUTION: An unit member is manufactured with a beam 1, a post 2 and a moment post 3 and then the unit member is assembled. A floor slab is constructed. A damper is further mounted to the moment post 3. An exterior wall is canstructed. A damper is incorporated into a part of a post of a tube frame, thereby forming the moment post 3 which allows a bending moment post and enlarging a shearing span ratio. This construction makes it possible to enhance a damping capacity against the vibration of an entire building and thereby improving comfortability and antiseismic performance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
