PURPOSE: To prevent foot protection blocks and wave dissipating blocks from sliding or settling with the scouring or liquefying of sea-bottom ground by waves, by using foot protection blocks with wires and round partition frames with rubble thrown in, in a structure in a port and a coast. ;CONSTITUTION: A reinforced concrete foot protection block 1 is connected to a shaped steel 4 by a wire 3 extended from a hook metal tool 2 fixed at the sideface of the block to install it on the bottom of the sea at the installation site. After a round partition frame 6 is installed adjacent to the foot protection block so as to press the wire 3 and the shaped steel 4, rubble is thrown into and between all the round partition frames 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
