PURPOSE: To ensure resistance against joint dislocation at the time of working along a curve or the like by rigidly jointing the underground structural members of a concrete box or the like to each other simply and quickly, regarding an open shield driving method. ;CONSTITUTION: Regarding concrete boxes 4 used for an underground structure, the joint side of one of the boxes 4 is provided with an anchor coupling hole 17 having an inner diameter gradually enlarged toward the inside thereof, and the joint side of the other box 4 has a lever body 18 with a wedge insertion hole 19 drilled through the forward end thereof along a center axis. In addition, a radial notch 20 is formed over the range of the hole 19 to the external surface of the lever body 18. An anchor 23 with a wedge 22 set in the hole 19 is projected and the concrete boxes 4 to be jointed to each other are laid in series, so that the forward end of the anchor 23 of one of the boxes 4 is coupled to the anchor coupling hole 17 of the other box 4, together with the wedge 22 set in the hole 19 at the forward end.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
