USE OF A COMPOUND CAPABLE OF ANTAGONIZING, AT LEAST PARTIALLY, THE ONCOGENIC ACTIVITY OF THE MDM2 PROTEIN, USE OF A SCFV, DIRECTED AGAINST DOMAIN 1-134 OF THE Mdm2 PROTEIN, USE OF AN AGRICULTURAL AGRICULTURE OF THE MDM2 PROTEIN, VIRAL VECTOR AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION. The present invention concerns the use of a compound capable of antagonizing, at least partially, the oncogenic activity of the Mdm2 protein, for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition intended, more particularly, for the treatment of cancers in a null p53 context. It also refers to a viral vector comprising a sequence of nucleic acid encoding a compound capable of inhibiting, at least partially, the oncogenic activity of the Mdm2 protein, and a corresponding pharmaceutical composition.
