The process uses crude oil road asphalt and/or semi-blown crude oil road asphalt, both with content of oil parts at least 5 % by weight, rubber chippings with a grain size up to 10 mm. First the asphalt is mixed in a fluid state mix with the rubber chippings in a mass ratio of 10:1 to 1:5, with the simultaneous and/or subsequent increase in temperature at an average rate of R1(degrees C/min.) until achieving of maximum temperature Tmax (degrees C), between 217 and 270 degrees C, after which it can be maintained at temperature Tmax for the duration of tp (in minutes), whereupon its is immediately cooled at an average rate R2 (degrees C/min.) to a temperature below 215 degrees C. The values R1, R2, Tmax and tp are bound to the formula (Tmax-215)2 x (tp x (Tmax-215)-1 + 0.5x(R1-1+R2-1)), the value of this formula can range from 200 to 1,600 (degrees C.min.), at the same time maintaining the temperature above 215 degrees C for a period of at most 240 minutes.
