The present invention called Blind Folks Mobile, BFM, dealswith bi-energy vehicles, mainly human propelled andmobilized by the folks riding them, using; A) minimum threewheel lightweight, portable vehicles, foldable andconvertible to other utilities, with a standby motor,accommodating three to ten passengers or more, allcontributing individually to mobilize said vehicles, B)minimum four wheel vehicles adapted for groups of riderswhere each of the riders operates hand cranks and footpedals at the same time with the possibility to roll onroads and railroads, with a standby motor and with anadditional mechanism engaging a ground supported track, usedin different ways to pull the vehicles along said trackwhile guiding the vehicles at the same time.
