The system of vision for deteccao and automatic classification of defects in articles of the industry of China

摘要

Viewing system for detection and automatic classification of defects in articles from the porcelain industry, particularly in plates made from soft porcelain (paste porcelain, vitreous porcelain, frit porcelain, tender china ware, tender china porcelain), the nature, extent and location of which defects has repercussions for the manufactured product, particularly in the establishment of quality categories. It consists essentially of the optical module formed by a diaphragm-type light source, two linear dichroic polarizers, a collector (concentrating) lens, a video camera and a TV monitor; and a module for digital processing of the image composed by a viewing camera and a microprocessor equipped with an image-processing card, the function of which consists in acquiring, digitizing, memorizing and processing, issuing results and presenting measurements.
