PROCESS FOR DIRECT, TARGETED AND REPRODUCIBLE GENETIC MANIPULATION, BIFUNCTIONAL VECTORS, PRODUCTION MICROORGANISMS OF BACILLUS STRAIN TRANSFORMED BY BIFUNCTIONAL VECTOR, INSECTICIDAL AGENT AND USE OF BIFUNCTIONAL VECTORS
Disclosed is a genetic manipulation of Bacillus thuringiensis and/or Bacillus cereus using a recombinant DNA, which manipulation is carried out by isolating suitable DNA and transforming thereof into Bacillus thuringiensis and/or Bacillus cereus cells using a transformation process which is based on applying short-term electricity therein. Also disclosed is an insecticidal agent containing, as an active substance, transformed cells of B. thuringiensis and/or B. cereus, or cell-free preparations which contain protoxine produced by the transformed cells of Bacillus.
