PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a cooling water passage, reduce passage resistance, downsize a cooling water pump and reduce the number of items by arranging the cooling pump, cooling water jackets and a radiator in an adjacent range in a cooling system for an internal combustion engine. ;SOLUTION: A cooling water pump 50 is arranged on a cylinder 4 or a cylinder head part composed of a cylinder head 5 and a cylinder head cover 6, for press-feeding cooling water to cooling water jackets 44, 45 formed on the cylinder 4 or the cylinder head 5 of an internal combustion engine. A radiator 30 is arranged within a height range determined by the cooling pump 50 on an axis of the cylinder and the cooling water jackets 44, 45.
