PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a water cooling type internal combustion engine of relatively small displacement, in particular for a water cooling type internal combustion engine to be mounted on a small vehicle such as a motorcycle. ;SOLUTION: This cooling device for a water cooling type internal combustion engine includes cooling water conduits 34, whose both ends are opened and which lead cooling water to the horizontal direction, and a pair of tanks 31, 32, which are mounted on the end of the cooling water conduits 34 and are mutually communicatable through the cooling water conduits 34, and has radiating fins 33, whose heat radiation surfaces face vertically crossing the cooling water conduits 34 in the longitudinal direction, are fitted to the cooling water conduits 34.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
