The present invention relates to a method for the optimal transmission of communications having any physical characteristics through a channel with arbitrary parameters, wherein said method comprises the following steps: converting the communications into electric signals from a communication source; balancing the filtration of the electric signals from this source; amplifying said signals; converting the electric signals into signals having the same physical characteristics; transmitting these signals through a channel having arbitrary parameters up to a communication reception point; receiving and converting the signal into a locked-on electric signal; transmitting the locked-on electric signal towards its processing point; processing the electric signals from the communication source as well as the locked-on electric signal; and forming balanced-filtration control signals. According to this invention, additional electric signals are generated so as to obtain an active noise reduction. These signals are amplified and converted into signals having the same physical characteristics. The signals are then sent into a channel having arbitrary parameters so that the locked-on electric signal repeats the communication electric signal with a predetermined precision. This invention also relates to a particular method for the optimal transmission of communications having an energy equal to zero, as well as to a method for the active, three-dimensional and optimal level reduction of signals having any physical characteristics.
