the present invention relates to processes for genetically modifying stem cells from a donor by gene transfer to enable the registry to the central nervous system to treat damaged or diseased cells in the recipient.the modified cells produce a molecule with a donor influcence positive on repairing the affected cells of the central nervous system. methods and vectors for gene transfer and grafting are described.
