The present invention provides a method for diagnosing nephrotic hemorrhagic fever comprising Western blot of a specific antigen of nephrotic bleeding fever-inducing virus on a nitrocellulose membrane, reacting the prepared nitrocellulose membrane with a sample, and detecting the reacted sample. And it relates to a diagnostic kit and a method of manufacturing the kit using the same.;According to the present invention, it is possible to diagnose nephrotic bleeding fever accurately and easily without a skilled inspector or special equipment.
