The hanging device comprises horizontal bars (3) (9) with longitudinal rails (31) (32). Two sliders 7, 94 and 95 are movably mounted apart from the horizontal bars 3 and 9 to slide along the rails 31 and 32. At least one endless chain (6) (93) is mounted on the horizontal bars (3) (9) to move along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal bars (3) and (9). The chains (6) and (93) are arranged at the same time in the opposite direction along the rails (31) and (32) so as to adjust the interval therebetween in order to reduce the time for handling the load and to facilitate loading and unloading operations. The slider 7, 94, 95 can be driven to move.
