The present invention relates to a method for efficiently producing human parathyroid hormone (hPTH) from yeast by preparing a yeast aspartic protease 3 (YAP3) deficiency strain, a proteolytic enzyme, of human parathyroid hormone. It provides a way to produce complete human parathyroid hormone by minimizing degradation.
