The present invention relates to a system for controlling the temperature of cold water heaters. The microprocessor included in the device is proportional, derivative and integral (PID) according to the control deviation between the reference temperature set in the device itself and the digitally converted value of the signal output to drive the fuel control valve of the cold and hot water machine. The temperature of the cold and hot water is controlled by performing the operation and outputting the control signal through the operation. Therefore, the present invention has the effect of providing a control method and apparatus for a cold and hot water machine that performs digital PID control with good responsiveness and controllability.
