The present invention relates to a hepatitis B vaccine and a method for preparing the same, which induces a humoral immune response and a cellular immune response, to prepare primary microparticles by coating the hepatitis B antigen with a water-soluble polymer. Hepatitis B prepared by dispersing the particles in an organic solvent solution in which a biodegradable polymer is dissolved, and spraying the dispersion by spraying an aqueous solution of an aqueous dispersant upward from the bottom of the spray dryer while spraying the dispersion downward from the top of the spray dryer. The vaccine has a long-lasting antigen value, excellent dispersibility, and can effectively induce cellular immune responses such as T cell proliferative response, cytokine secretion such as interferon gamma, and promotion of CTL along with humoral immune response.
