FIELD: special equipment, applicable effectively for suppression of fragmentation and high-explosive effects, thus minimizing the injuries caused by blasts as a result of acts of terrorism. SUBSTANCE: the device has one or more vessels made of elastic material filled with incombustible liquid, handle for carrying and installation on detected suspicious object, and an antifragmentation shield made in the form of a "skirt" of high-modulus fabric fastened on the outline of the vessel peripheral part. A cavity is made in the lower part of the vessel accommodating the detected suspicions object and allowing the latter to be separated from the surrounding space. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of protection especially against fragments of hand grenades. 3 cl, 1 dwg
