SUBSTANCE: force-developing member has body split over its longitudinal axis and having circular hollows at its end, flexible chamber accommodated inside body, forcing-apart inserts and union for supply of working medium. Installed on union is restrictor valve whose body has longitudinal slot and regulator bushing installed for longitudinal motion, spring-loaded shutoff member with pusher engageable with regulator bushing by means of flexible control member, for instance, spring whose middle part comes in contact with interior wall of flexible chamber.
