The dual-circuit engine has a rolling rail (3), which is regulated by compressed air or other force-developing systems. The force-developing systems carry loading and unloading of the rolling rail on a drive roller (5) by controlling rotation speed. The rotation speed increases with increase of pressure of the rolling rail and the rotation speed reduces during pressure reduction. A crank pin (9) is guided in the center of a carriage (6). The carriage shifts axially during loading of a driving roller. The crank pin is carried forward and so that a crankshaft (2) moves in a rotary manner.
