SUBSTANCE: device has coin mechanism, goods selection board, tanks for source goods, hot water supply unit, unit for mixing of source goods with hot water and unit for providing user with mix of hot water and source goods. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced unit for monitoring output of source goods in order to check supply of source goods to mixing unit from tanks for source goods; and by introduced control unit which checks supply of source goods selected by user from source goods tank according to output signal of unit for monitoring output of source goods. In case, if lack of supply of source goods from source goods tanks is detected, vending operations of device are ceased and coin mechanism receives signal for returning coins which had been inserted into vending machine. Otherwise, if source goods are sent from tanks of source goods, said unit outputs signal for supply of hot water from hot water supply unit into mixing unit for mixing source goods in hot water to provide output of mix of source goods and hot water. EFFECT: possibility to check supply of source goods according to recipes for making tea or coffee and to return coins to user, if supply of said goods is ceased. 3 cl, 6 dwg
