Integrated gasification process recovering energy from moist domestic waste containing biogenic material

Hot air at 35 deg C-75 deg C dries the waste from 35%-60% water to 20%-25% water. The waste is then gasified with air. Energy is recovered from the low calorific value gas produced. Resulting waste heat is entirely or partly employed for drying.
