The system has at least one carrying arm which can be mounted on a holder and an adapter on the carrying arm for removable attachment of the equipment. The holder is a vertical support with a profile rail. A fixing device is used to mount the support in a room. A connecting element on the carrying arm enables removable attachment of the carrying arm to the profile rail. Cables can be fed to the equipment via cable channels in the support and carrying arm. An Independent claim is included for an apparatus for carrying out the method.
