The circuit includes a swinging supply voltage (VDD) which drives an electrical potential (Vm) positioned across at a fixed spacing from two reference potentials (Vref1,Vref2). The two potentials have positive and negative values and are set symmetrically in relation to the potential (Vm). The reference potentials are adjusted via a fixed voltage circuit (1). The voltage circuit has a voltage/current converter and a current mirror, which produces the reference potentials, and a voltage drop circuit.
