The device has a hollow cylinder (1) that can be inserted in the ground, which is open at the bottom end and closed by a cover (2) at the top. A combined 2-way/3-way valve (6) is incorporated in the cover, and is coupled to an indicator hose (9) connected to a pressure sensor, to indicate the flow direction from the pressure variation within the cylinder.
