The flower arrangement is made in a bowl (1) that holds two plates (3,4) that are superposed horizontally. These are supported by brackets (9) and support vertical poles (2) that rest on a support plate (5). Plates (8) are fixed to the top of the poles and these hold a pot for a plant or vase for flowers. The poles are adjustable in height and have elements that slide and can be blocked at the desired level. A gutter (6) and a removable tank (7) in the bowl evacuate excess water.
