PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decorating a flower bowl of flower arrangement, capable of increasing a decoration effect and bringing about changes of the seasons and to provide a planting device for the method. ;SOLUTION: This planting device for decorating the flower bowl of flower arrangement comprises a water collection seat for raising the flower bowl of flower arrangement and a planting zone for planting a rooted plant growing in a natural state at the outside lower part of the raised flower bowl.
