The present invention proposes the Cytochrome P450 2C subfamily enzymes of two kinds of new type of component, is named as 2C18 and 2C19. The present invention also provides identifications by the drug S-mephenytoin hydroxylase activities of 4 metabolism. The present invention also provides diagnosis to suffer from polymorphic deficiency.
