摘要

PURPOSE: To measure the position of a head stock in a non-contact condition to automatically correct positional relationship between the position of a cutter tip of a cutting tool and the head stock relative to coordinate axes. ;CONSTITUTION: A light beam emitted from a light emitting body 2 fitted to a head stock 11 is detected by a PSD light spot position detecting device 1 set adjacently to a CCD camera 3, a mechanical displacement of the head stock is calculated from a light spot position, and a correction value of a cutting tool coordinate is converted. Based on the correction value, a servo-motor is driven to move a tool post table 12 and also displace coordinate setting of an NC machine tool in parallel to automatically correct positional relationship between the position of a cutter tip of a cutting tool and the head stock 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
