PURPOSE: To control the inside temperature of a case so as to be stabilized even when outside air enters through an upper surface opening by a method wherein the main body of a material case is formed so that a front plate is lower than a rear plate and the upper surface of the case is opened while a temperature sensitive space is formed by a cover, arranged on the rear plate and ;CONSTITUTION: A material case is installed on the counter of a 'sushi' shop or the like and is constituted so that fresh foods, such as 'sushi' materisls or the like which are received in the case, can be seen from customers. In this case, the main body 1 of material case is constituted of an outer casing 2, whose front plate is lower than a rear plate and whose upper surface is opened, an inner casing 3, received in the outer casing 2 and formed of heat conductive members so as to have the same shape as the outer casing 2, and heat insulating material 5, filled into a space between the inner and outer casings and foamed. A fresh food reserving chamber 4 is formed in the inner casing 3 while cooling pipes 6 for cooling the fresh foods are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the inner casing 3. Further, a sensor cover 20 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the rear plate 3E of the inner casing 3 and a temperature sensitive member 19 is arranged in a temperature sensitive space.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
