(57) Abstract The new intermediate field which possesses the useful Indian renin nucleus in synthesis of the fluorescent characteristic sulfonic Indian cyanine dye is disclosed. The dye which is synthesized making use of this kind of intermediate field to the target molecule and does not contain the reaction basis which covalent bond is connected in the amine or hydroxy content part. On the other hand, the above-mentioned intermediate field connects with the enzyme substrate or the member of unique connection opposite. In addition, the chiramido content sulfonic Indian cyanine dye is included.
