PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a forming structure of a raw material in a Chikuwa (tubular fish paste) making machine for facilitating the disassembly and cleaning operation thereof, and further to facilitate the production of the Chikuwas having different sizes and different colors. ;SOLUTION: This raw material forming device has a raw material-charging mouthpiece 5 connected to a raw material-charging pump for a kneaded fish meat and detachably installed in the rear part of the starting part of a spit rod-rotating belt 4 in a rotational drum 1 for conveying a raw material, and is constituted so that the raw material at the raw material-charging mouthpiece 5 may be cut by a spit rod A moved by a spit rod-moving chain 3 and may coil around the spit rod A. Chikuwas having different sizes or different colors can be simply produced by exchanging only the raw material-charging mouthpiece 5 by using the device having a simple structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
